As part of SHE_SEES, women from across the maritime industry were invited to reflect on their personal and professional journeys through a simple but powerful question: What would you say to your younger self?

These short films capture honest reflections on ambition, resilience, leadership, self-belief, and the lessons learned along the way. Together, they offer encouragement, insight, and inspiration for the next generation of women in maritime.

The series began in India and will continue to grow as SHE_SEES expands internationally, bringing together voices and experiences from maritime communities around the world.
